Which version of Windows are you using?
I've tested it on Win98, WinNT4.0, Win2K and WinXP but I don't have USB floppy drive to test. We need somebody's help to test more non-standard format on USB drive.

Running format 91r in Win2K with a usb floppy drive, I formatted a disk fine, although on two disks in a row it said there were 3 bad sectors in the last 10% of the disk. Took the disk to a computer w/ XP and saved a file to it, put it in the usb drive, and it shows the disk in use size increased, but show there are no files on it. Put it in another 2k machine with internal drive, and it shows the file there.
