MS-HIMEM.SYS 6.22 (3.10):
>ncache2 install ext
specified option EXT=0K. only 65408K of EXTENDED memory available.

MS-HIMEM.SYS 98 (3.95):
specified option EXT=0K. only 65535K of EXTENDED memory available.

FD-HIMEM.EXE 3.12 (2004/4/7, Fast A20 method):
specified option EXT=0K. only 64448K of EXTENDED memory available.
(Interesting value: 64448. :) Equal to 64M-1M-64k.)

I make more tests. I allocate all of memory except 31M (with help of XMS
utility from QEMM package) - NCACHE2 runs fine. Bigger available amount
makes NCACHE2 unhappy. Well, looks like HIMEM can't help here. :(

PS: Michael, do you receive letter with MS-DOS kernel?
