Since bug #1826 re: Solitarie Suite was flagged in subject as fixed in
pre-release development version, can someone, such as Eric Auer,
verify that it still works in latest official FreeDOS and mark the bug
as FIXED or if not, why not? I would, but occasionally people take
exception to what I do in Bugzilla and this way everybody is happy.
kernel 2035 (May 2004) is still the latest official released kernel,
Jeremy did not have the time to release a 2035A before beta9-final was
released
FreeDOS Beta9 distribution uses a CVS binary from the 'unstable' branch,
but the kernel packages (sysx.zip/kernels.zip) is still kernel 2035.
So, I doubt #1826 can be closed yet. Depends on what you mean by "latest
official FreeDOS" or "latest official FreeDOS kernel"
thanks for the post though, this list is awfully quiet right now.
Bernd
If it works with what will be 2035A (cvs kernel, but not from unstable
branch) then please close [same for any other kernel bugs], if it
doesn't work there yet then note that, so I don't forget to make sure
it does work before 2035A (which should be out by the end of Oct).
FYI: I am trying a new email address, please do not add to any lists
that may cause SPAM/viruses. jeremyd at my domain fdos.org
Also, I will be out of town for the next week and a half, so my
other addresses will probably be full by Friday (virus + SPAM
messages >= 1000msgs a day), so all messages to me will probably
bounce (I'm going to try and figure out how to disable my list
subscriptions before I leave).
Thanks,
Jeremy
