The HP Flash tool can format my flash stick (not SONY's). But it won't boot. Surprisingly the format tool do recognize KERNEL.SYS and COMMAND.COM but still fail to boot from IBM X31 notebook and my Gigabyte mainboard (enabled boot device USB-FDD, USB-HDD, USB-ZIP).
