Well, the only one I know for sure is the guy posting over on freedos-user who wants a working XMS driver for his 286. Other than that, a scattered few, probably some embedded chip and custom hardware developers, and historic re-enactors or fanatic use-it-until-composts-under-my-fingers types.


Someone e-mailed me the other day asking about using USB with his MS-DOS-based robot, so such setups exist. Hopefully it isn't one of those 50-foot warrior robots that would randomly stomp Tokyo buildings should there be an upper memory conflict.
