Not neccessarily: MS-command.com firstly check (by checksum) own
transient portion (after program exit), which remained in memory, and
reloads itself only if this portion was broken by last program.
JAS> COMSPEC= path if set, if not, SHELL= path and if nothing else, from the
JAS> boot disk.
Only COMSPEC= is used. If you broke COMSPEC=, you will be in troubles.
