I played with the numbers of BUFFERSHIGH. When I'm using 29 or less
buffers, they aren't displayed with "mem /p /f". If I use 30 or more
buffers, "mem /p /f" shows them in conventional memory... Something
stranges happens here.

BUFFERSHIGH=29 -> 615kB conventional and 150kB upper memory free
BUFFERSHIGH=30 -> 599kB conventional and 150kB upper memory free
