There's something I've always been concerned about, which is how is the "" stuff supported in MS-DOS 7.x+? Forgive me for my ignorance, but In particular, who parses command line? who turns a zero-terminated strings into argv[]? I work everyday with Unix, and there it seems that it is the shell itself which is able to manage that, but for DOS I always thought it was the program's RTL which was supposed to do it. If I am wrong, and it's COMMAND's task, have you ever planned to add support for it?
