     "Enriching Magna Carta"? Sorry, Michael, you as always very vivid and,
thus, very hard to understand (by English non-native).  :(

     It may be "trifle", but why at all introduce such (latent, but
existing) problem? Especially, when instead using "#if 0/#endif" you was
forced to edit many comments bounds. And when, by some reason, you uncomment
given fragment, you again will be forced to find and edit these limits...
