I have created a FAT32 partition with fdisk, then formatted the disk using format to FAT32.
Then I used fdisk to change my drive to FAT16. I use format to format my drive to FAT16. Format still insists on FAT32 and formats the drive to FAT32. Now how do i change my file system to FAT16?
