No, _fullpath function isn't supported under TC 2.01 or TC++ 1.01
But I did some testing on SUBSTed drives and seems to work, MOVEs files
to real path, e.g.:
C:\>SUBST E: C:\TMP\TEST
E: => C:\TMP\TEST
C:\>MOVE DATA\ E:\
C:\DATA => C:\TMP\TEST\DATA
