That's possibly a bit a too restrictive view, since you cannot "evaluate" 
without "using". The license therefore tells "using for ... evaluating ...". 
So hearing music with (E)DR-DOS seem valid IMO ... for a "reasonable 
evaluation period" ... whatever that is.

btw, about licensing and copyrights: Jemm386 is derived from FD Emm386, and I 
want to briefly mention in the source the contributors and what they have 
contributed. Michael Devore's contribution is pretty clear to me, also Harald 
Albrecht's initial work, but as for your contribution I'm guessing. Currently 
this is:

- translated comments to English (partially)
- implemented UMB support
- implemented Int 15h, AH=87h "emulation" ?
- implemented VDS function AX=8103h ?
- C "installer" ?
- "cut&copied things around" ?

Is this a full list and can I remove the question marks?
