Maybe FreeDOS does not use LFNs, but it detects and erases them when
erasing the corresponding file , for one can, for instance, remove a
directory created by Windows 98 or later after erasing all its files
in FreeDOS, while pre-LFN DOS versions report in this case the directory
is not empty.
How FreeDOS does it ?
