I agree that an updater should also be able to pull DOS software from
other sites. In several common Linux distros, this is called a
"repository". I would also like to see the "repository" concept get
added to FDUPDATE, and I think the way it's been written it could
support that later. But I also think the important thing now is to get
FDUPDATE working to update FreeDOS packages, but in a way that allows
us to support third-party repositories as well.
