You'd have to figure out how to run external commands without invoking 
command.com... so BASIC's SHELL and C's system() are out of the 
question... (C's spawn* might work)

You'd have to write a few interrupt handlers, that puts most languages out 
of the loop...

Lot more complicated than it might seem.
