Normally, I include programs into the FreeDOS software list (which we
use to generate the next FreeDOS distro) after the program has been
reviewed and discussed by the FreeDOS community, and generally where
that discussion generates a positive review. So, create your DOS-only
zip file (I see the web site provides a Windows/DOS version ... but as
a Windows Setup.exe self-installer), let this list know, and I'll post
a note on the FreeDOS web site about it. If it generates a positive
discussion, I'll add it to the software list.

Also note that I prefer to include only freely-available and
freely-redistributable programs in the FreeDOS software list, with a
definite preference for open source / Free software. I downloaded the
tar.gz file from the Euphoria site, and while the license isn't one of
the more common GPL or BSD licenses, it appears sufficiently
"Free/open" that I would not have a problem including it in the
FreeDOS software list.
