About include it on software list, please consider it.

Yes, on these days the DOS compatible fax modems are not so usual, but 
the ability to
send and receive faxes is needed on any office around the world, is a 
big audience,
and sometimes also is used by home users for things as hotel 
reservations, and is
a good option to send and receive documents when email is not available.

Of course, not include it on "BASE" distribution, but is an usefull tool 
and requires
little disk space.
