The "User:Jhall1" is just a generic page that the wiki assigned as a target for my username. There's a generic "User:________" page for anyone with an account in the Wiki. (If you see any page with a ":" in the name, it's almost certainly an internal Wiki-assigned page, rather than a user-created page.)
