I certainly have no problem with you including FreeDOS.

Note that much of the FreeDOS programs are distributed under the GNU
GPL or a similarly free license. You should find a way to make FreeDOS
source code available to the end-user of this RPM. Maybe a version of
FreeDOS based on fdbasecd.iso (binary-only) and another version based
on fdfullcd.iso (includes source.) That way, the end-user would have
the option to get a version of FreeDOS that includes the source code.

Or, I see there is discussion in your bugzilla about including the
FreeDOS source in the SRPM, which also makes sense to me.

I would be ok with either option, I think - so long as source somehow
is made available to users, under the GNU GPL.
