Greetings, Eric;

I ran C:\FDAPM SPEED1 which then returned the following.
Cannot parse ACPI processor block, please report!
ACPI mode codes from DSDT: S1 (sleep) is 1/0, S5 (soft-off) is 7/0.
ACPI for 'ACPIAM' found: OEMRSDT , port base 0x800, DSDT size 0x5F2B.
f...@1f780200 d...@1f780400 f...@1f790000 cont...@804/0 sta...@800/0
CPU speed set to 1/8 of maximum (until reset).
CPU speed was í/8 of maximum.

I ran a FOR %i in (*.asm) DO type %i | find "SPEED"
which then returned data from the two following files: acpitool.asm,
parser.asm. Not sure if that will help, (you probably already know
where to look. :)
Anyway, I'm still just getting started with ASM and don't have the time
at this moment to research instructions in your source I don't understand.
:( One perhaps later next week I'll have a better idea after the upcoming
weekend.

I recall your interest in a certain interrupt. 18.*? I can test this
interrupt as long as the ASM isn't too complicated, and calling
interrupts, according the Jeff Duntemann, isn't all that difficult.
Anything else while we're at it?

Bray.
