If you were wondering whether it was still being developed, well, FreeDOS Edlin 2.13 is out on SourceForge! This version "replaces" the one listed in the Base section of Software (which is 2.11) and the latest version which was 2.12a.
FreeDOS Edlin is a line editor, the default editor in FreeDOS, and the one project without which the entire FreeDOS project would be like grains of sand blowing in the wind. It is relatively mature and a good testbed for things on the development side.
