here is a password generator if it will help. you may want to write the
password down or print it out.

this happened to me too, most likely because of a really poor password. 12
character passwords are supposed to be sufficient, using random chars. some
chars web sites will not accept, so I have tried to account for that. out of
that I wrote this web app (it's also a program).
requires javascript to work.
