The project is probably related to fdos.org, where Jeremy has this automatic build of FreeDOS boot floppy images and similar projects - not very big, but certainly related to FreeDOS and interesting for some FreeDOS developers. :-) Also, I think the notification from SourceForge is also of interest for users of other projects such as the regular http://sourceforge.net/projects/freedos/ because it gives a bit of an introduction to current SourceForge technology.
