Hello Mr. Wong,

According to Wikipedia on Proto-Slavic, “As with most other 
proto-languages, no attested writings have been found”. Furthermore, 
both cyrillic letters you mentioned are available on any cyrillic codepage.

I have also found an extensive article on the Proto-Indo-European 
language; this time, there wasn't even a mention to some sort of writing.

If you found another source on both languages, please provide me with 
their character repertoire. I would also like to know which keyboard 
layouts would you like to see benefitted from the creation of such 
codepages.
