Has anyone out there gotten TVision to work using OpenWatcom C?

I haven't used TVision before, but I thought it would be good to use these
libraries in the updated installer. I'm having a lot of problems getting it
to compile. Before I got too far into the weeds, I figured I'd check if
someone else already has this working.
I'm using tv210s.zip
