When the first FreeDOS package installer/updater came out, it messed up on my system. I hope you can do better! Many DOS software links in recent years have been no good as DOS software development declines. As newer Ethernet chips no longer come with packet drivers for DOS, that makes it much more difficult to use mtcp or anything for DOS-based (inter)networking. That's why I never downloaded mtcp or Glenn McCorkle's latest Arachne, wouldn't be able to use it.
