It’s been so long. If I recall correctly, it was made with information in “The
Ultimate DOS Programmers Manual”, a really good EGA/VGA book I no longer have
and some info gleamed from HelpPC.
I think some of the check functions no longer work properly on modern hardware.
(To many changes).
But, most of it should still be useful.
