did you verify these bugs?
or could this be dependend on the Fritz's configuration?
what version of HTMLHELP with what version of help files?

'At some files': would be cool to know what files.

without giving instructions how to get 'I created an internet version'

thanks for the bug list, but realistically: HTMLHELP is open source. just fix 
it yourself.
