Yeah I've seen that. It's exactly the same thing. In fact when I first
came to the realization that write combining was the cause of the
performance discrepancy, I looked around and found his mtrrlfbe tool,
and I tested with that and saw that indeed that's what it was, before I
actually took the time to implement setting up write-combining in my VBE
mode setting code.
