About this...this default %DIRCMD% "slowed" me down while I've been playing
with FD 1.3 RC5.  It's not a horrible default, but it does sort of make
`dir` do unexpected things if you're familiar with a previous FD or
MS-DOS.  For starters, it's a little cumbersome to always have to hit a key
when a page of output is printed vs. what you get with a default DOS shell
session anywhere else.  And yes, this is a nit on my part.
