FYI that I've mirrored this to the FreeDOS Files Archive at Ibiblio, so you can download it there too: https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/dos/edlin/2.21/ This is a source only release, you will need to compile this to run it.
