Hello, Fritz pinged me about possibly making updates to fix some HTMLHELP bugs, but I wasn't sure if it was going to continue to be included with the distribution.
I'm happy to try to resolve issues with the project if it is worth my time. I submitted a merge request here for whomever is a maintainer to fix a crash issue with &-entities in <h1> tags. https://gitlab.com/FreeDOS/base/htmlhelp/-/merge_requests/2 I sent Fritz a binary off-list to test and will try to poke at his original list of issues.
