This didn't get much discussion, so I'll make a quick reply here: This is not adding support for a keyboard *language* but a "low finger displacement layout." And that's interesting, but not something that needs to be incorporated into the FreeDOS MKEYB. This seems like it would be best implemented by this person as an add-on (that is, put up a web page about it, let people download it from there.) I thought I might include it in a "contrib" directory under "keyb" on Ibiblio.
