Gregory has only been releasing edlin updates in source form. That requires me to compile them. For most projects, if a precompiled binary is not provided, I won’t compile them. It get’s to be a very time consuming process putting all the dependencies together and a successful compile. At least for edlin, that is not the case and it is not difficult to compile. But that is all I do, I don’t go through the process of attaching a stub to the 32-bit version. So, it still requires the external dos4gw. Which as you noted is not normally present.
