After yesterday's inquiry about readexe's roadmap, I took a brief look at
my local work repos on both my Windows and my Linux build systems,
committed my unsaved changes, did a little Valgrind, and shaped up version
0.1.3 this morning.

This is mostly a bugfix release to address memory leaks found when running
on Linux with Valgrind.

NEW FEATURE:

 * Displays VMM version when reading WIN386.EXE from Windows 3.x (or
DPMI.EXE from NEC OEM MS-DOS 5.00a for PC-98 - the DPMI.EXE there is a
standalone version of the Windows 3.0 Virtual Machine Manager! MS-DOS
itself ships a few VxDs, even!)

BUGS FIXED:

* Memory allocated during program startup isn't freed when displaying usage
text and exiting.
I've also provided a number of prebuilt binaries for Windows, DOS, and
OS/2.
