Since FreeDOS 1.4 is fast approaching, I think this should be put off until 
after that release.

While UPX compressing the binaries “should” have no ill effects, they would 
need still need tested. I don’t think there is sufficient time to do the proper 
testing before 1.4 is released. 

I think we should leave them as-is for now.
