During the video call today, I made a replacement GEM.BAT to launch
OpenGEM. The original GEM.BAT was quite long and almost all of it was
REM'd out. The lines that actually do something are:

1. Change to \GEMAPPS\GEMSYS

2. Run GEMVDI

This doesn't solve the problem that OpenGEM expects to have GEMAPPS in
the root directory (we install OpenGEM to C:\OPENGEM) but the new
GEM.BAT at least warns the user if this isn't the case, and tells them
the SWSUBST command to fix it.
