I can throw this out. Cannot remember what was the initial reason I put this 
in. The 1.3.4 release does not have it. But 1.3.4 activates it when creating 
the primary under the UI. So my guess is I wanted to make the operation behave 
the same way independent of if it was performed via UI or command line.

But again: altering the behaviour will always break something. So will revert 
it to the original behaviour. Anyway a better idea to have this as two separate 
operations...

In the UI I will leave the behaviour as is.
