I can confirm this. Good you found it! The .ICO file in the ZIP archive [1] seems to be broken. Wondering what caused this, as like Victoria mentioned, the file in master is non-corrupted. I imported the .ICO file from the ZIP archive into the Gitlab repo [2], so it is also broken in the 0.86 FreeDOS package. I will import the good one from master instead, so that it is fixed for FreeDOS 1.4. But the people publishing the FreeCOM releases (Jeremy?) might want to find out what is going on. If the .ICO is broken, maybe something else is too.
