No. 1.4 is only a few days away. Only absolutely critical changes at this point 
will be made.

I’m not even sure if XCOPY 1.9 will be in the upcoming release. At minimum, the 
1.8b version that was recently released will be included. The stack overflow 
bug was a critical problem. It actually would cause problems during 
installation of the OS when the upgraded to 1.4 from an up to date version of 
1.3 and choose to backup their existing OS files. 

Although 1.9 is an important update, I personally don’t see it as a critical 
fix. There is not likely to be many users copying files that are 2Gb or larger 
under DOS. Most are not likely to even have file systems large enough to 
perform the copy.
