Not sure about PDOS. Sounds a lot like the original name for FreeDOS. 

But looking at a bunch of other news posts, I have no idea where they got their 
“facts.” I think they just assume some things and simply make up stuff.

While I’m not going to post a link, you can find them easily enough. But to be 
fair, the bad articles are getting harder to find as the better ones are moving 
to the top of the search results.
