Luckily S-ICE can be loaded before CONFIG.SYS.
Unfortunately even this superpower tool can't catch events that don't happen
(even if I had one of these machines).
I'm a little confused by this. If you are saying that the event is
non-reproducible, then, you are right, 386SWAT can't help.
Sorry, I came late to this discussion, so I clearly don't understand the
issue.
