Wow, that's an interesting collection. I see that the repo's owner used to work at Microsoft (retired) so I wonder if that's how he collected some of these compilers. But this looks like an obvious case of copyright infringement. I know not everyone believes in "copyright" but I do; without copyright, you can't enforce open source software licenses. So I'm not touching this repo. And some of these companies are still around, like IBM and Microsoft. His statement in the Readme that "It's not my intention to pirate anyone's software" may not be enough to protect him.
