Not test this (yet), but probably the bug:
- ReadAllPartitionTables() doesn't handles case when no floppy drives
installed, there only comment that INT11 -> (AX&1)==0 should be handled as
"no floppy drives installed".
Should be easy to test: just disable floppy drives in BIOS setup. Try to
test what give FreeDOS in this case later (today), when finish to study
2034.
