Hi! The "bug" (feature request) here is that the user wants
to be able to boot from FAT32 drives on 8086 PC with LBA. As
far as I know, people do not usually have LBA BIOS on 8086,
so priority can be very low. FAT32 on CHS makes more sense
on 8086, as you can connect harddisks > 2 GB to 8086 :-)

As a workaround, one can boot from FAT16 on 8086 and still
use FAT32 on other partitions there.

On 16-bit systems, FAT32 may not make sense.  Even larger FAT16 systems can pose a performance/latency problem.
