Anyone willing to translate strings can have a look at

for Italian I recommend to start all over, since the "italian.lng" file is very small, and thus incomplete.

copy default.lng italian.lng
edit italian.lng (now translate things)
fixstrs italian.lng
edit strings.err
edit strings.log

if strings.err exists, then there were errors in the translation.

when no more errors exist you can build FreeCOM (command.com) yourself:
copy /b command.cln + strings.dat command.com

English is always uptodate,
Dutch is uptodate except for a few small errors.
German is also almost uptodate.
other I don't know, compare filesizes.
