Hi John. A while back, I cleaned up the FreeDOS FD-DOC project, and moved most (all?) of the mini-HOWTOs into the SourceForge documentation system. The remind.txt file went away, at least from the URL you have.

Email me off-list, and we'll arrange for another automated reminder. Or maybe I can take care of it for you now .. I think I've figured out a way to make it work on my end (finally).

/* This is an automated message sent out on the 1st and
15th of each month. It is automagically downloaded from
http://fd-doc.sourceforge.net/mini/en/remind.txt */

OOPS! The remind file could not be downloaded!

Here I am, brain the size of the universe, trying to send
you a simple email, but wouldn't you know it, the file
doesn't even exist! Where does that leave me?! I mean, I
don't even know you. How should I know what you want from
me? You honestly think I can *guess* what someone I don't
even *know* wants to read? I mean just because I can
calculate Pi to 10,000 digits in mere minutes doesn't
mean I can read your mind!

*sigh* Humans.

In case you think you can fix this, here is the log:
