[cut] I'm using Nero ver 5.9xx I've never tried making a bootable CD-ROM from a disk image. I've used actual bootable floopy disks (not images) and it has worked fine. In the Nero Express interface the options would be to burn a Data type CD, then select Bootable Data Disc.
