Hi, PUBPAT managed to have one of the MS "FAT32" (actually VFAT/LFN)
patents ruled invalid (due to prior art)...:

You could call that a proof of concept for zapping mines in the
"every not completely stupid idea is patented by some company
which has so much money that they just get patents for everything"
software development mine field...
