Wow, good catch. I DID break EMS 4.0 function 53h, subfunction 0 so that it placed the EMS handle name in the wrong location rather than the passed buffer. So happens it punched a hole in something vital with MI and it failed at DOS 4ch termination. I fixed the error, but unless the fix is required for someone's FreeDOS usage -- which seems unlikely given the little used nature of the function -- I'll wait and see what else crops up.
